The Brief
In the modern metropolis, clothing acts as both shelter and signal. For the launch of STRATA’s "Collection 04," the objective was to move beyond the superficial hype of streetwear culture and explore the garment as a piece of architectural engineering. The brand needed a visual narrative that communicated durability, anonymity, and the relentless pace of the urban environment.
The Approach
We situated the campaign within the brutalist concrete structures of the inner city, treating the architecture not as a background, but as a mirror to the collection’s heavy fabrics and sharp silhouettes. Shot on a mixture of digital cinema cameras and grainy Super 8 film, the visual language oscillates between hyper-clean detail and raw, degraded texture. We obscured the models' faces to emphasize the universality of the "uniform," focusing instead on how the fabric folds, protects, and endures against the grey skyline. It is a study in resilience—soft textile meeting hard concrete.
